Kannauj: The fear of Corona, which has been steadily increasing for the past several days, is increasing so much today that panic is growing in the hearts and minds of the people. According to the reports, the infection of this virus is spreading among millions of people. It is becoming difficult to say how long will be able to get rid of this disease. A shocking case is reported from Kannauj's Pepperiana locality where people attacked police. A mob not only assembled but also attacked the policemen for asking to avoid mass prayers (namaz) in the view of nationwide lockdown due to the coronavirus pandemic.

According to the information received, the force of many police stations had to be called. DM and SP took over. The attackers were pulled out of the houses. 16 people have been arrested. The search continues for the rest. Describing the incident as very serious, DM has asked for strict action. The government has summoned the report of the entire incident. Reports have been registered on 25 nominated and 50 unknown in the incident. It is also being said that about 25 people gathered at Sabir's house in the Pepperiana locality to read Namaz.
