Karishma Tanna and Upen Patel came closer during Bigg Boss but luck didn't work in their favour and they had a breakup. Their breakup is seen to be taking an ugly shape now.
As Upen recently on Twitter took a dig at his ex Karishma sarcastically. He thanked Karishma for lying and breaking his trust. Karishma on other hand said, "I don't know what is happening. I don't talk about anything except my work."
