Person returned from Dubai turned out to be Corona positive

Lucknow: A man returned from Dubai in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, has been confirmed to be infected with the Coronavirus. After this, the district administration has separated the entire village including his family. The district administration said that its thermal scanning was also done at Delhi Airport. Varanasi DM Kaushal Raj Sharma has told that the 30-year-old man is a resident of Chitaura village of Pinder Tehsil of Varanasi.

He went to Dubai on March 7, but due to the work stoppage there, he returned to India on March 17 and reached Delhi Airport. He told that he reached Varanasi by train on March 18 from Delhi and went to his village by auto. Sharma said that the man had gone to Deendayal Upadhyay Hospital on March 19 with a complaint of cough and cold, where his sample was sent for examination.

The DM has said that his report came on Saturday night, in which he has been confirmed to be infected with Coronavirus. He said that no other symptoms were found in the victim except for a sore throat. He is placed in the isolation ward of Deen Dayal Upadhyay Hospital and is undergoing treatment. The District Magistrate said that the traffic in his entire village has been completely stopped.
