Indian corona vaccine to be available in market soon, 12 lnstitutes identified for trials

ICMR is responsible for making Corona vaccine in India. The Indian Council of Medical Research, ie ICMR, has planned the trial of Corona drug made in India. For which ICMR has selected a total of 12 institutes. One of which is the Institute of Medical Sciences and SUM Hospital in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. This information has been given by an official on Thursday.

ICMR has developed the Corona vaccine BBV152 in collaboration with (BBIL). Among the 12 institutes that ICMR has selected, the corona trial is likely to begin at the earliest. This trial has been included in the primary project, given the current situation. It is monitored by top-level officials under the government. The ICMR wrote to the selected institutes that the vaccine would be launched for the public only after the completion of all clinical trials. ICMR has fixed the date of August 15 for this. BBIL is working fast enough to complete the work on time. However, the final result depends on the completion of all clinical trials.

Due to the terrible outbreak of Corona, public health emergency has arisen. To combat this, it is necessary to launch the vaccine soon. Selected institutes have been strictly asked to complete the trial soon. Apart from Odisha, institutes in Visakhapatnam, Rohtak, New Delhi, Patna, Belgaum (Karnataka), Nagpur, Gorakhpur, Kattankulathur (Tamil Nadu), Hyderabad, Aryanagar, Kanpur (Uttar Pradesh) and Goa have been included for clinical trials.
