Finally! Varun Dhawan replied on Govinda's statement

Bollywood actor Govinda is making his comeback with the film 'Aa Gaya Hero'. During the promotion of the film, the actor discussed his ongoing issue with filmmaker David Dhawan. Chi Chi also took dig at Varun Dhawan.

Govinda in an interview said, "How can Varun be like me? To become Govinda, he needs to be innocent, uneducated and a poor village boy. Varun is already a son of a director. In the last six years, he hasn’t done more than two films with his father, whereas I did 17 films with his father."

When Varun was asked about Govinda's statement, "There should be criticism. I learn a lot from criticism. He says there is no similarity between him and me which is right. There cannot be similarities. He is a senior actor and I respect him. I will never be able to match up to him," he said.

Varun also added, "My father also underwent a low phase in his life. He too has seen his share to of struggles to reach till this point in his career. But I don't think I should intervene between Govinda and dad's matter. If anyone will ask me to step in between and resolve their issues, only then I will take the lead. Even though I wish things between dad and him should be settled, I don't think I am capable of resolving their differences."
