Veg Crisp will be a sure winner in your tea party

#Ingredients- Cauliflower - 1 cup Capsicum - 1 Medium French beans - 1/2 cups Carrot - 1/2 cup Onion - 1 Cornflour - 1/2 cup Rice flour - 1/2 cup Flour - 1/2 Cup Red Chili Sauce - 1 tsp Pepper Powder - 1/2 tsp Salt - 1 tsp spoon or as per the taste Ginger Paste - 1 tsp  Garlic Paste - 1 tsp   Oil - According to the requirement for frying

#For sauce - Oil - 1/2  tsp  Garlic- 1 tsp  Onions - 1 small Green Chillies - 3-4 Tomato Sauce - 1  tsp  Red Chili Sauce - 1 tsp  Vinegar - 1/2  tsp 

#For Garnishing - Green onion - 1/2 cup Green Coriander - To Decorate

#Method - 1. To make delicious Veg Crispy, first wash and chop all the vegetables. Half boil the cauliflower. Cut onions in four pieces and split all the petals.

2. Take a bowl add cauliflower, capsicum, French beans, carrots and onions and mix it all.

3. Now add cornflour, rice flour, chili sauce, black pepper powder, salt, ginger paste, garlic paste. Put a little bit of water and prepare a mixture of pakodas.

4. Heat oil in the pan. When the oil is heated, fry the veggies.

5. Heat 1 table spoon oil in the pan. Add chopped garlic in it. Put green chilies and roasted for 1 minute.

6. Put the cut onions and roast for 2 minutes. Now add red chili sauce, tomato sauce and vinegar. Allow to cook for 2 minutes.

7. Put all fried vegetables into the pan. Mix and cook for 3-4 minutes. Mix green onions and off the heat after 1 minute.

8. Garnish with green coriander. Tasty Veg Crispy is ready.
