New Delhi: The UP International Trade Show-2024 is starting on Wednesday at the India Expo Mart and Center. Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar will inaugurate this special occasion at 12 noon. Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, Union MSME Minister Jitan Ram Manjhi, State Industrial Development Minister Nand Gopal Gupta Nandi and Vietnam Ambassador Nguyen Thanh will also attend the event.
Vietnam key partner, large number of exhibitors and visitors: The event will run from 25 to 29 September, with Vietnam participating as the key partner country. More than 2,500 exhibitors from various sectors such as manufacturing, technology, agriculture, textiles, health, tourism will be participating. Organisers say more than 3.5 lakh national and international visitors are expected to attend the show.
Uttar Pradesh's economy will get a boost: Officials believe that this trade show will help Uttar Pradesh become a trillion dollar economy by 2027. Such events will increase investment in the state and will also boost various industries, creating employment opportunities.
Special security and traffic arrangements : 212 VIP guests including the Vice President and the Chief Minister will also attend this program. More than 2 thousand police and security forces have been deployed keeping in mind the security arrangements during the program. Also, traffic police have also been instructed to remain alert. Special arrangements have been made to keep the traffic smooth and diversion has also been implemented in some areas.
