After Uri: The Surgical Strike, Vicky Kaushal has quitely been shooting for Shoojit Sircar's Sardar Udham Singh biopic. Sardar Udham Singh biopic showcases a significant contribution to the India's freedom struggle which has largely gone unnoticed. It is the story of a daring martyr who assassinated Michael O' Dwyer, the former lieutenant governor of Punjab in pre-Independence India, to avenge the Jallianwala Bagh massacre in Amritsar which happened in the year 1919. The first look from the sets of Sardar Udham Singh has certainly piqued our curisoity to watch what masterpiece Vicky and Shoojit have in store for us with this film.
