Vijay Deverakonda’s next pan Indian film Fighter, helmed by Puri Jagannadh, co-starring Bollywood actress Ananya Panday is one of the most predictable films. The lead actor’s cozy pictures from the sets of the film created a lot of rarity among the movie buffs about what will be the film about. While the team of Fighter is awaiting to commence shooting, Vijay Deverakonda recently spoke about the film and said it is going to be an incredible film. 'V' garners pan-India appreciations! Vijay Deverakonda was seen talking about the film in a recent interview with a web portal. Speaking about it, he said, “There is absolutely no doubt that Fighter is an out and out commercial flick. But I promise that it will not be a typical Telugu commercial cinema. This is something no one has attempted before due to how edgy it is. I am bugging Charmme and Karan Johar to get me back on sets, but they are yet to call me (sic.)” Even though it is an action drama, there is a lot of soul to it: Sudheer Babu on 'V' Speaking about working with director Puri Jagannadh, Vijay said, “I am a fan-boy of Puri ever since I watched Pokiri. But Fighter remains the one film he has never attempted so far. Though it will still have his trademark touch, it is an out-of-the-box movie for him too (sic.)” Vijay Deverakonda also unveiled about his role from the film and said he will be seen in the role of a boxer. He said he has also taken basic Mixed Martial Arts training to attain perfection in his role. Fighter will be shot in Telugu and Hindi and will be dubbed in all other South languages.
