Dehradun: Thanks to the brilliant innings of captain Unmukt Chand in the Vijay Hazare Trophy, Uttarakhand gave a stunning victory against Assam. Unmukt played unbeaten innings of 80 runs. Thanks to his innings, he defeated Assam by seven wickets. Saurabh Rawat of Uttarakhand played stormy innings of 45 not out from 20 balls. The match was made 28–28 overs due to rain. Uttarakhand won the toss and invited Assam to bat first.
