Kohli to be the second Indian Cricketer to have bagged four double centuries

Captain of the Indian Cricket Team, Virat Kohli, has set a new world record in the one-off the test counterparts Bangladesh on 10th Feb. 204 score hit by the captain today was his four Test double hundred in four consecutive series which sets a new world record.

The inaugural double ton (200) by Virat Kohli was put together in West Indies, July 2016. The first double century was followed by the next series against New Zealand with 211 in Indore, October 2016. Finally, when the year was winding-up, he scored his career-best yet (235) against England in Mumbai.

The Central Cricketer has finally scored 204 against Bangladesh and with his fourth double century achieving a new world record.

Before Kohli, Sir Don Bradman Australia player, and Rahul Dravid Indian player, both hit three double centuries in the consecutive years.

As of now, Kohli has fabricated his name like that of Sunil Gavaskar and both will be known as the only two cricketers to have scored double tons.
