Vivo X90, Vivo X90 Pro and Vivo X90 Pro+ are expected to be part of the upcoming lineup. Vivo has also shared a video on the Chinese microblogging platform that shows the design of the Vivo X90 series smartphone, possibly the Vivo X90 Pro+. The teaser shows quad rear cameras and a camera setup co-engineered by Zeiss. The Vivo X90 series will be the successor to the Vivo X80 model. It recommends black and red color schemes for the handset. The back panel reads "Extreme Imagination - Vivo | Zeiss Co-Engineered". It also bears the blue Zeiss branding. They are expected to include some improvements over this year's Vivo X80 series models. Vivo X90 Pro+ with model number V2227A was recently spotted on Geekbench. The listing suggested some specifications for the upcoming smartphone, including Android 13 operating system, 12GB of RAM, and Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC. Vivo X90 Pro+ is expected to feature a 6.78-inch curved-edge Samsung E6 AMOLED display. The display is said to have 2K resolution and a refresh rate of 120Hz. Backed by a 4,700mAh battery, it may support 80W wired fast charging and 50W wireless charging. It is said to be equipped with Vivo's V2 image processing chip. The MediaTek Dimensity 9200 SoC is expected to power the regular Vivo X90 model, while the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC could power the Vivo X90 Pro.
