New Delhi: Voting has started for 70 seats of the Delhi Assembly. Today 1.47 crore voters of Delhi are using their franchise to choose a new government. Tight arrangements have been made for peaceful voting in the country's capital. More than 75 thousand armed personnel of paramilitary force including Delhi Police, Home Guards have been deployed on the scene.
