Four people allegedly died when a building distorted through an anti-encroachment drive in Meerut cantonment area this morning.
The cantonment board officials fled the place on seeing the misshapen building and the stuck people. According to eyewitnesses, the incident took place when officials reached the site and asked the people to vacate their homes.
