Corona's weekly positive rate in 20 MP districts below 10%: CM Chouhan

Bhopal: Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan is making efforts to control corona these days. He holds meeting every day to emphasize the efforts and measures which are not in action. Chief Minister Shivraj held a review meeting on the current situation and prevention of corona through video conferencing late last Monday evening. During the meeting, CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan said, "The situation in Corona in Madhya Pradesh is under control." He spoke to members of the Corona Control Corps Group during the meeting. Reviewing the situation and arrangements in Corona, he said, "Corona infection in Madhya Pradesh is continuously decreasing, the new corona cases in the state have come down to less than 6000." Now every day you are getting to see a decline in cases of corona infection. In Madhya Pradesh, the pace of corona is slowing down day by day. In a meeting held late last Monday evening, the CM said, "The weekly positivity of corona in these districts of MP has come down to less than 10 per cent. ''

 

The positivity rates in these districts are low: Hoshangabad, Dewas, Vidisha, Balaghat, Tikamgarh, Morena, Chhindwara, Chhatarpur, Sheopur, Mandla, Guna, Agar Malwa, Barwani, Ashoknagar, Jhabua, Niwari, Bhind, Khandwa, Burhanpur, Alirajpur.

At the same time, CM said, "Madhya Pradesh has received 5921 new corona patients, 11513 patients have recovered (in 24 hours) and the number of active patients has come down to 88,983, the same is 9.1% tomorrow's positivity rate. Corona patients are being treated free of cost in the state in private hospitals affiliated to the Mukhyamantri Covid Treatment Scheme." Further, he said, "The setting up of all the 95 oxygen plants being set up in the state should be micro-monitored and the work should be completed at the earliest. Efforts should also be made to set up large oxygen plants. 5,000/- per month and other facilities by providing them the benefit of the scheme immediately.''
