What qualities make Ravana worshipped?

Ravana had mastered in playing Rudravina. Whenever Ravana was frustrated and desperate, he used to play Rudravina.

Ravana had knowledge of Planets: Ravana was so knowledgeable of the planets and constellations that he had subdued all nine planets with his tenacity and force. Indeed, Ravana had subdued all planets and constellations before the birth of his son Meghnath so that his son could get immortality. The power of Ravana can be judged by the fact that he also possessed Shani Dev.

Ravana had knowledge of Tantra Vidya: Ravana was very knowledgeable about the elusive and tantra vidya, he had kidnapped mother Sita with his elusive power and imprisoned in Lanka. It is believed that Ravan had ten heads, but according to information, Ravan did not have ten heads but instead caused his tenacity of ten heads through his system of education, due to which he is called Dashanan.
