Famous Punjabi singer Guru Randhawa is celebrating his birthday today i.e. on August 30. Apart from Punjabi songs, he has also sung for many Bollywood films. Guru Randhawa was born on August 30, 1991, in Noorpur, Gurdaspur district of Punjab. His childhood name was Gursharanjot Singh Randhawa.

He was quite fast-paced in reading. But he was also interested in singing. He started singing in small ceremonies from Gurdaspur itself. But later he was sent to Delhi to study MBA. Here he started singing in small parties with studies. After completing his studies, he progressed in his career of music.

Guru Randhawa started his career as a singer in the year 2012. Her first song 'Same Girl' could not be a hit. In 2013, Guru Randhawa introduced his first album 'Peg One.' It couldn't be a huge hit either. After that, Guru Randhawa along with popular rapper Bohemia made the song 'Patola' in the year 2015. Randhawa's luck shone overnight with this song. Playback singer Guru Randhawa also composes melodies in addition to writing songs. In the same year 2019, due to the stage show in Canada, a person came and demanded to stand on the stage with Guru Randhawa. When the security stopped him, he tried to enter there from backstage. When he failed there too, he decided to hurt Guru Randhawa. When Guru Randhawa was returning after finishing the show, the ambushed person attacked Guru Randhawa. His only regret was why he was not allowed to come on stage during Guru's show.
