Red Lentil

Yellow Arhar Lentil

Arhar dal is also one of those pulses which should not be eaten by patients with high uric acid. Arhar dal contains purines and other nutrients, which can trigger uric acid. Elements like anthocyanin present in it can increase the level of uric acid, which can cause pain and swelling.

Black urad dal

Soybean

Especially limit the intake of pulses which have high amount of purine.
