White Sauce Pasta is easy to make

Ingredients for White Sauce Pasta:

Pasta - 1 Cup (150g) Capsicum - 1 cup (finely chopped) French beans - 10-12 (finely chopped) Carrot - 1 (finely chopped) Baby Corn - 4 (Finely Chopped) Milk - 300ml liter Flour - 2 tablespoons Butter - 2-3 tablespoons Cream - 1/4 cup Oil - 2 teaspoons Black pepper - one quarter teaspoon Organo - 1/2 teaspoon Salt - 1 teaspoon or as per taste

Method:

How to make Pasta in White Sauce Boil three cups of water in the vessel. Put half a teaspoon of salt and 2 teaspoons of oil in the water. After the water comes to boil, add pasta to the water and let it boil. Allow pasta to cook for about 10 minutes and keep stir pasta with a spoon. Pasta is softened after 12-15 minutes, by pressing the pasta with hands, the pasta has become soft. Filter boiled pasta in sieve by removing the water.

Fry the vegetables for pasta. For this, add 1 table spoon butter in the pan. Put the carrot, baby corn, french beans and capsicum in the butter after melting butter and fry it on a high flame continuously and fry until it is slight gets crunchy. In about 2 minutes, the vegetables are prepared after frying, turn off the gas. Put 2 table spoon butter in another pan and melt it.

Put maida in butter after it is melted and fry continuously and fry until the light color changes to the flour. After frying the flour, add milk to it and mix it continuously, so that the stems are not made, so that the solution is cooked continuously for 2-3 minutes, white sauce becomes ready. Add salt, a little bit of black pepper and a little oregano in this thick batter.

Put the fried vegetables, pasta and cream in the sauce and mix it well. Pasta is ready, stop the gas. Take out the prepared pasta in the plate. Put the remaining pepper and oregon on the pasta and punish it. Delicious White Sauce Pasta is Ready.
