Dehradun: Another BJP CM Tirath Singh Rawat has resigned from his post in Uttarakhand. Rawat was called to Delhi and became the former CM on his return. He was made CM four months ago. Trivendra Singh Rawat was crowned after his release from office. Tirath Singh Rawat was given the post of CM while he was an MP. He had to become an MLA in six months to remain cm. But it was reported that the BJP feared that it was difficult to win Rawat's by-election due to public resentment against the government. This is the last year of the present BJP government in Uttarakhand. The BJP is constantly changing the CM in the election year. When Trivendra resigned, he was asked why are you stepping down? On this, Rawat had said, "Ask the leaders of Delhi." Tirath has now resigned only after a meeting with leaders in Delhi. It may be recalled that the BJP had won 57 out of 70 seats in the 2017 elections in Uttarakhand. Gangotri and Nainital assembly seats are currently vacant. Bye-elections may be held there. The BJP is not said to be confident of victory as it failed to help the distressed people due to the Butar Corona. The BJP is particularly apprehensive about the victory of Tirath Singh Rawat. The BJP had also removed Tirath because of people's displeasure with the government. They didn't even get a chance and time to work. He was sworn in in March. Then the activities were limited due to corona. He himself had become infected with corona. In that case, he did not even get an opportunity to remove the resentment arising out of Trivendra's work. Now, the 10th CM will be sworn in in 21-year-old Uttarakhand.
