The two personnel in the area near Surajkund at Faridabad harassed a 21-year-old-woman and her friend. The incident happened when the victim woman was learning the driving with the support of her friend.
On the road, both of them were stopped and abused by the police personnel. For the help, the woman called the Women Helpline (181) which is when the Delhi Commission for Women's (DCW) team reached the spot.
The matter is being investigated and further details of it are yet to come.
