The head of Okhra Panchayat in Khunti district of Jharkhand yesterday a woman was shot by the unknown miscreants as per stated by police.
The police as per the sources news said 'Themukhia (panchayat chief) identified as Pushpa Bhengra was immediately rushed to a nearby hospital, where doctors referred her to Rajendra Institute of Medical Sciences, Ranchi for better treatment'
The reason behind the shooting is not known yet.
