Uproar over Priyanka Gandhi's manhandling, women officers says, 'Congress general secretary had gone out on the other side'

Lucknow: The national general secretary of Congress Priyanka Gandhi's convoy in Lucknow has caused a ruckus. In this case, the woman officer of UP Police (CO, Hazratganj) Archana Singh said that Priyanka Vadra did not go through the previously scheduled route and reached the other route. After this, his convoy had to be stopped keeping safety in mind.

Along with this, Police Officer Archana Singh said that some misleading things are being circulated on social media like Priyanka Vadra's strangulation and toppling them, which are completely false. He said that I performed my duty honestly. Archana Singh said that, 'Priyanka Vadra, the National General Secretary of the Congress and the party in-charge of Eastern Uttar Pradesh, was going to visit the district in Lucknow, in which my duty was put as a fleet in-charge.

He said that Priyanka Vadra left for the 23/2 Kaul House Gokhale Marg from the Congress State Party office, Mall Avenue. During this time, fleet vehicles were going on the route fixed from 1090 intersection. Priyanka Vadra's train did not go on the prescribed route and started going towards Lohia path. ' The woman officer said, 'I wanted to know where she is going (advance security and traffic arrangements were required to be made in view of the catagorized security of the Excellency, which I was not informed about). Party workers refused to give information on this. The woman officer said that is why she had to stop Priyanka's convoy.
