Team India and SunRisers Hyderabad wicket-keeper batsman Wriddhiman Saha was contracted with novel coronavirus. He on Tuesday informed that he has now been recovered from virus. Saha tweeted informing his fans about his health condition after getting corona infected, earlier. Last week, the cricketer said that he is in a much better condition having contracted COVID-19 earlier this month. He also said that he has undergone two tests for coronavirus of which one came out negative while the other one was positive. I have recovered. Thanks for all your wishes! ???? ? Earlier, in first week of May, it was revealed that Saha had tested positive after COVID-19 cases were reported in two franchises Kolkata Knight Riders and Chennai Super Kings. While two of the members of the Chennai Super Kings contingent tested positive, two Kolkata Knight Riders players found positive including Varun Chakravarthy and Sandeep Warrier which forced the BCCI to postpone the KKR-RCB game in Ahmedabad. With Saha testing positive, the game on May 4 evening was also postponed. This made matters worse as the game which ultimately saw the BCCI suspending IPL 2021.
