Yogi Adityanath order to put NSA and gangster act against black marketing of remdesivir

Lucknow: There are reports of black marketing of several life-saving drugs including remdesivir during corona in Uttar Pradesh. CM Yogi Adityanath has taken a tough stand on shortage of medicines and black marketing. Now strict action will be taken under the Act like 'Khila F Gangster' and 'Rasuka' of those involved in black marketing of life-saving drugs.

CM Yogi Adityanath on Wednesday held a detailed review of the supply of life-saving drugs like Remdesivir Injection and Fabifu at a Team-11 meeting. CM Yogi gave strict instructions to the Home Department to take strict action under the Act like Gangster against those involved in black marketing of these life-saving drugs. Cm Yogi Adityanath also directed the Director-General of Police to constitute a special team in this regard and conduct raids in the state. CM Yogi said that for an uninterrupted supply of life-saving drugs, it is necessary to constantly monitor them, to be in constant touch with remdesivir manufacturing companies.

CM Yogi Adityanath directed deployment of responsible officers at all oxygen refill centers. He said that ensure that oxygen is distributed in a transparent manner, oxygen tankers are connected to GPS and adequate police force is deployed at the plants.
