Lucknow: Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, the National General Secretary of the Congress Party, attacked the Uttar Pradesh government on the previous day over cows. Meanwhile, a big announcement has been made on behalf of the UP government regarding the cow shelters. Uttar Pradesh Chief Secretary RK Tiwari has instructed all district collectors to provide proposals to set up cowsheds. 147 crore has been allocated for the establishment of new cowsheds, 120 new cowsheds can be opened. In his letter, the Chief Secretary has said that if necessary, cow servants can also be kept from the budget of the State Finance Commission so that cows can be taken care of properly. The issue of stray cows and cowshed has always arisen in UP. In the midst of this controversy, Priyanka Gandhi Vadra wrote a letter to Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath. In this, Priyanka had raised the issue of death of cows due to cold, condition of the cowshed. There is an assembly election in the year 2022 in Uttar Pradesh, for which less than one and a half year is left. Questions are being raised on each other on behalf of political parties. While Priyanka Gandhi is continuously targeting the Yogi government on behalf of the Congress, the Aam Aadmi Party has also intensified attacks on the BJP through social media.
