Yummy Banana bread Recipe!!!

If you love bananas and want to just have this healthy fruit in different ways then try this yummy banana bread recipe!

Ingredients

Dried yeast – 4 teaspoons Caster sugar or brown sugar – 60 g Wholemeal Flour – 150g White flour – 150 g Ground all spice – 11/2 teaspoon Ground cinnamon – 1 teaspoon Bananas – 4 ripe Whole egg – 1 plus egg white – 1 (beat together)  Vegetable oil for greasing

Method

In a bowl take 75 ml of lukewarm water and dissolve 1 teaspoon of sugar, then sprinkle the dried yeast and set aside for 15 minutes. In another bowl sift in the wholemeal flour and white flour, all spice, cinnamon and sugar. Mash the banana and add to the flour and stir and add the egg and mix again. Add the mixture in the centre. Then make a dough (Add little flour if mixture is too wet) Knead for 5 minutes. Transfer the dough to a boil greased with oil. Cover the dough with a moist cloth and leave to rise for 2 hours. Grease a loaf tin measuring about 19 × 12 × 9 cm (7½ × 4½ × 3½ in) Remove the dough and knead for another 1-2 minutes and place back, cover and leave for 45 minutes. Preheat the oven at 200 degrees C. Bake the bread for 40 minutes. Let it rest in for 20 minutes before serving Spread with your topping Serve
