9 Candi Devine - She retired in 1998 and had one return match in 2005, and stayed away from the ring after that. She suffered a collapsed lung in 2021 and also had a number of seizures before passing away at the age of 63 on February 9, 2022.

10 Mickie Henson - He was part of WWE between 2005 and 2009, during which time he performed his duties as a referee on Raw, SmackDown, and several PPVs. He was the official during the Hardcore match between Edge and Mick Foley at WrestleMania 22. Henson passed away on February 14, 2022, due to COVID-19 pneumonia at the age of 59.
