Dwayne Johnson has been in the back of all XFL movements, previously owned by WWEs Vince McMahon, the XFL has his opening day today, and The Rock will give its opening speech.

DJ mentioned in the video that the reason for the number on his jersey is because there are 53 players in football, but he was always the 54th player, the one who never made it, who was just not there yet, and because of that, he developed a chip on his shoulder, that chip is what has kept him going all this time.
