Novak Djokovic is very happy with Messi's victory

Novak Djokovic was among the crowd present at the Lusail Iconic Stadium to watch the FIFA World Cup final between Argentina and France.

The Serbian champion watched the legendary challenge between Lionel Messi and Kylian Mbappé from the stands of the new sports facility, and in the company of famous personalities from the world of sport, such as Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Paul Pogba and Mesut Özil.

Djokovic will participate in the first edition of the World Tennis League in Dubai, team exhibition tournaments that will see some of the best men and women tennis players on the court.

The Belgrader will be part of the Falcons team together with Grigor Dimitrov, Paula Badosa and Aryna Sabalenka.

It was an honor and a privilege to be present at the final, one of the best football matches I have ever witnessed.

Thank you for letting me live this fantastic experience. Congratulations, Argentina. Congratulations also to France for having played in a great tournament."

Djokovic then posted an iconic image of soccer legend Diego Armando Maradona waiting for Messi on the top of Olympus, to hand him the World Cup.

Messi has finally managed to win the only major trophy not yet present in his already incredible palmarès.
