#MeToo campaign has shaken whole Bollywood. The impact of this campaign has also started to affect the work of films and people's career. That is why American entertainment company Netflix has removed Varun Grover, the second-season author of his popular Hindi web series 'Sacred Games'. It is being said that Varun has worked on some episodes of the second season, but he will not get a co-writer's credit in this story.

According to sources connected with Netflix, the company's strict policy is that it does not work with people who are accused of sexual harassment. It is worth mentioning that when the allegations were made in the #MeToo campaign on Varun, it was decided that he would be farewell to this web series. Even in Hollywood, Netflix took such a stern step as to the big star like Kevin Spicey. After the name of Varun with the members of the Phantom company, Anurag Kashyap was dropped, Netflix seriously thought whether they should make the second season of 'Sacred Games'.

After a lot of debate, it was finally decided that a popular series can not be left in the middle, but distance can be made from the tainted people associated with it. Let us tell you that on the social media , an anonymous woman has accused Varun of sexual harassment years ago.

However, Varun has denied it by giving a detailed reply. Anurag Kashyap has also said that he can not believe the charges against Varun as the truth. It is worth mentioning that teasers of the second season of the Sacred Games have been released in the past. The audience has liked it too.

It is worth noting that 'Sacred Games' is the most discussed series of Netflix in India. Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Saif Ali Khan are playing main roles in it. The second season was to be shot from November but due to the stirring movements after the #MeToo campaign, it will be shot from December. Masraj's director Neeraj Given and Anurag Kashyap will direct it while the entire project will be ready under the supervision of Vikramaditya Motwani.
