NEW DELHI: National Conference (NC) leader Farooq Abdullah on Tuesday discharged allegations that the Congress conspire with Pakistan to crush the BJP in the assembly polls of Gujarat and HP and stated emphatically "Pakistan koi saazish nahi karta."

The former Janmmu and Kashmir chief minister's clear defense of Pakistan emerged when Ex CM was questioned for his view on a hullabaloo that hit the roof of politics after Prime Minister Narendra Modi alleged that his predecessor Manmohan Singh and senior Congress leader Mani Shankar Aiyar had team up with Pakistani officials over dinner and collude to influence the state assembly Polls.

Poke fun at at the PM's allegation, Abdullah said that PM Modi had gone to Pakistan for a meal when he visited to Lahore and attended former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif's grand daughter's wedding ceremony. Did the Pakistanis collude in opposition to PM Modi back then, Abdullaht raised questions.

Abdullaht gave a statement: "Pakistan koi saazish nahi karta (Pakistan doesn't employ in conspiracy)."

Not taking names out but if some people wouldn't have asserted certain wrong things Congress would have won in Gujarat, they managed a good show there," the NC leader quoted as saying to ANI
