Shiv Sena president Uddhav Thackeray has expressed his views to become the Chief Minister representing Shiv Sena during the 2019 Maharashtra assembly elections. He was addressing the Shiv Sena's 49th Foundation Day celebrations on Tuesday.

The Bharatiya Janata Party is constantly trying to soften its relationship with the Shiv Sena, but in the Shiv Sena is trying to become win elections in Maharashtra. Uddhav Thackeray's mind has said this today. Increasing the enthusiasm of Shiv Sainiks, he said that today the entire country sees what Shivsena says and what does it do. This power belongs to the Shiv Sainiks who can hoist the saffron flag in Maharashtra and can become the Chief Minister of the Shiv Sena on their own.

Uddhav said that Shiv Sena has always maintained on the agenda of Hindutva. It never left Hindutva for power. Neither has the support of manipulation for power. If we ever did this, then we would never forgive Shiv Sena chief (late Balasaheb Thackeray).

The Shiv Sena president has left no stone unturned to surround the Modi government. Taking the excuse of withdrawing support from the Jammu and Kashmir government to the BJP, Uddhav questioned why it took three years to understand that the Jammu and Kashmir government is ineligible. Uddhav also questioned the decision by the Central Government on the issue of seizure on the occasion of Ramadan.

He said that when there was no religion of terrorists, then what was the need for a seizure. This decision was of the Central Government. Terrorists continued to kill people even in Ramzan and even killed the soldier Aurangzeb, who was returning home on vacation.
