The actor, whose film Tiger Zinda Hai , just released, is now busy with the thriller, Race 3. Salman started the shooting for a six-day long schedule in Mumbai. And, according to the latest reports, he will be working on his birthday, which is on December 27. Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif starrer Tiger Zinda Hai is having a dream run at the box office. In just four days of its release, the film has become a strong contender at the box office, smashing one record after the other. This film has collected Rs 151.47 crore till now.

"Salman will be shooting for a six-day-long schedule for the film over the Christmas week. A pivotal action sequence is being shot in Mumbai, where Salman will be performing stylised action," the film's spokesperson said in a statement. Apart from Salman, the film also features Anil Kapoor, Bobby Deol, Jacqueline Fernandez, Daisy Shah, Saqib Saleem and Freddy Daruwala. The previous films had Saif Ali Khan in the lead. Remo D' Souza will direct Race 3.

Bollywood Sultan Khan is the eldest son of screenwriter Salim Khan and his first wife Sushila Charak. Salman Khan's mother is a Maharashtrian, whose father Baldev Singh Charak comes from Jammu-Kashmir and whose mother comes from Maharashtra. Khan's stepmother is Helen, a former actress. He has two brothers, Arbaaz Khan who is married to actress and VJ Malaika Arora Khan, and Sohail Khan; and two sisters, Alvira Khan Agnihotri, who is married to actor/director Atul Agnihotri and an adopted sister Arpita.
