Chandigarh: Early on Tuesday morning, a tragic incident occurred, in which ten coaches of the Jhelum Express derailed near Ludhiana, leaving two passengers wounded.
According to Divisional Railway Manager (DRM) Ferozepur Anuj Prakash, “Ten coaches of the Jhelum Express derailed between Phillaur and Ladhowal at 3:05 am".
Jalandhar-New Delhi Intercity, Amritsar- New Delhi Intercity, Amritsar-Haridwar Janshatabdi and Amritsar-Chandigarh Superfast are the trains which have been cancelled due to derailment.
