New Delhi: While the speed of coronavirus is increasing rapidly in India, the number of patients recovering from it is also increasing. The number of patients recovering from the coronavirus on Wednesday has crossed 10 lakh. This is a hope for the country in the war of this virus because there is a lot of pressure on the poor health system due to the cases of fast-growing infections.

As of Wednesday night, out of a total of 15,82,730 patients infected with corona, 10,19,297 (64.4%) patients had recovered from the disease. 33,236 people have died due to this virus. Till Wednesday, the total number of active cases in the country stood at 5,28,459. The difference between people recovering from disease and active cases is a key figure, giving hope in this country's long battle against the coronavirus. However, this difference was not always there.

The number of active corona cases in the country on May 28 was more than 23,000 of cured patients. However, after this, the number of people recovering from the disease increased, and by June 13 this gap was eliminated. There is a difference of 4,90,838 in the number of active cases and healthy patients till Wednesday.
