100-year-old woman wins battle with COVID19 in Assam

Guwahati: The world is fighting coronavirus, millions of people have been affected all over the world by COVID19. More than 50 lakh persons have been infected with COVID-19 in India only so far. Thousands of people have lost their lives in this war against COVID-19, but many of them have been able to win the war against COVID-19 even after adverse conditions. Such individuals fought with their positive thinking by shielding them against COVID-19.

One such case has come from Assam where a 100-year-old woman has won the war against COVID-19. The doctors said that even if they were not older, the old lady had won the war against COVID-19 with her positive thinking. The oldest woman in Assam was discharged from Mahendra Mohan Chaudhary Hospital in Guwahati on Wednesday. This old lady lives in an old age home. 

At the same time, doctors and nurses treating this old lady also had a small celebration before she discharged from the hospital. The party also included the old woman and sang a song in the Asami language. It shows her vivacity and positivity. During media interaction, she told reporters that she was taken care of well in the hospital, she enjoyed living and eating".
