More than 1000 corona cases reported in Punjab in just 48 hours

A record 524 Covid-19 patient cases were reported in Punjab which includes 52 BSF soldiers. Most corona patients have been found here in 24 hours. The concern of the health department has increased with more than 500 cases coming up on the second day in a row. There are 1028 cases in 2 days. 6 people died on Friday. A 62 and 80 year old man died in Ludhiana, a 37 year old woman in Gurdaspur, a 68 year old man in Pathankot, a 53 year old man in Nawanshahar and a 59 year old man in Sangrur. So far 286 people have died in the state.

On Friday, maximum 105 cases were received in Ludhiana, 65 in Jalandhar, 55 in Bathinda, 51 in Hoshiarpur, 40 cases were received in Patiala. 43 BSF soldiers have been found infected in Khadakan Training Center of Hoshiarpur, 9 BSF soldiers in Fazilka. They returned from West Bengal and Himachal. 10 policemen in Ludhiana, SP and DSP in Barnala, four policemen and two pregnant women in Patiala have come positive. The report of Kaustubh Sharma, IG, Faridkot Range has come out positive. The impact of the virus has been found in 53 employees of the refinery in Bathinda and 3 employees of HDFC Bank in Ferozepur. The report of the Secretary General of Ludhiana District Bharatiya Janata Party has also come positive.

Curfew in case of an epidemic urging people to stay in residence, leaving with masks, not collecting more than the set standards, home quarantine people not getting out of the residence, not setting riders higher than the standards set in autos, the government made many requests to the people. However, many people are not following the rules. Due to this, Corona cases are increasing in the state.
