The 16-year-old teenager, a resident of the factory area located in Girwai police station area, is a Class 11 student and had a friendship with Shani alias Sunny Parihar, who came to live near her house 5 months ago. On the evening of 21 April, Sunny told on the phone that there is no one at his house, all the people have gone to the village and she can come to meet him. After that at 12:30 pm, after the family slept, the girl quietly reached Sunny's house and there the young man threatened and raped the student.

In this case, he left the student at home in the morning and then the student told the whole thing to the family.
