In fact, there was a huge fire in a warehouse full of rexine and leather goods here. At around 5 pm on Saturday, a fire broke out in this godown full of inflammable goods in the densely populated area of Tangra. It is being told that initially seven fire tenders were sent to the spot, however, due to heavy congestion, the fire brigade could not reach the point.

Fire and Emergency Services Minister Sujit Basu rushed to the spot as per information received in the case. Yes and he said, "A total of 15 fire tenders have been deployed. However, after several hours had passed, many of the houses accommodated in that warehouse were evacuated.
