12-year-old injured in firing by gang of local goons in Delhi

New Delhi, A gang of goons upset with the elder brother of a 12 year old boy fired at his residence in east Delhi's Geeta Colony area yesterday, in which a 12 year old injured.

Mukhtar, a police official said, that "a bullet hit Asgar Ali on the right side of his chest when he went to close the main gate of his house and the goons, who were in an inebriated state, arrived looking for his elder brother".

Immediately a boy was taken to hospital and his codition is stated critical.

According to the official, "During investigation, it came to light that last evening Mukhtar had gone to an eatery where he met local criminals, identified as Manni, Billa and Shivam. He had an argument with Manni after he refused to address Billa as Bhai (don)".

And after that Mukhtar left for Chandni Chowk but three of them followed till they lost track of him.

All convicts along with the trio have been identified and efforts are on to arrest them.
