Maharashtra: A a 12-year-old boy allegedly stabbed a 16-year-old boy with a knife on the fight on hiiting water baloon. The incident took place on Tuesday at Hanuman Nagar area when the victim scolded and warned the accused for not hurling water balloon at him.
As per the report of Times of India, the Ulhasnagar police officials arrested the minor accused and sent him to the Bhiwandi remand home. Police officials said that the incident happened when the victim scolded and warned the accused for not hurling water balloon at him. He further mentioned that the accused then rushed to the house of the victim and came towards him with the knife. In a fit to rage, he then stabbed the victim on his abdomen and chest, leaving him on the spot with multiple injuries.
As per report, the victim belongs to a poor family and works at his uncle's shop wherein the accused is a Class 8 student and his father is an autorickshaw driver.
ReportedlyMeanwhile, the people who had eye-witnessed the incident rushed the victim and admitted him to Central Hospital from where he was shifted to KEM Hospital with many injuries.
The victim's older brother told TOI that the teen had only asked the accused not to hurl balloons and if he continued to do so, he would then report to the police.
The police officials arrested the minor accused and sent him to the Bhiwandi remand home.
