This case has come up recently from Kasganj. In this case, a case of raping a 13-year-old boy has been filed against a head constable posted in the district. According to the information, the incident took place on December 6, when the boy had gone with his father to Sikanderpur Vaishya police station in connection with the land dispute case. The accused in this case has been identified.

The accused took the boy to his rented house on the pretext of feeding him in a nearby restaurant and after that, he raped him. On the other hand, Kasganj Superintendent of Police Sushil Ghule said, "Head Constable has been suspended." The boy said in his statement said that the accused constable took him to his house, and asked him to take off his clothes and then he misbehaved with him. He further said that after this, he ran away to that police station where his father was recording his statement.

It has come out in this case that the accused has no criminal record during his service, but to ensure a fair investigation, he has been suspended. According to the report, after a complaint was filed by the victim's father, a case has been registered against Singh under various sections of the Indian Penal Code for unnatural conduct and misconduct, besides sections related to POSCO and SC-ST Act.
