14 killed in Suicide bomber near Indian embassy in Afghanistan

A suicide bomber near the Indian embassy in Afghanistan's eastern region killed 14 people. 45 others were injured in the attack. This is the second attack in the last two days after the unexpected ceasefire. The explosion took place outside the provincial governor's office in Jalalabad, capital of Nangarhar province of Afghanistan. Governor's spokesman Ataullah Khogyani gave this information. The Indian embassy is almost near the incident site. 

Khogyani told that 14 people have died in this blast while 45 others have been injured. A security source from Afghanistan confirmed the suicide attack but told that the number of people killed in it is ten. The responsibility of this blast in Afghanistan has not yet been taken by any organization. Khogyani told that the suicide bomber was a pedestrian. He attacked the Taliban, local leaders and civilians, returning after participating in the program organized on the occasion of Eid in the governor's office premises.

Earlier yesterday, 36 people were killed and 65 others were injured in an explosion by targeting the Taliban, security forces and civilians present at the Eid meeting in Nangarhar province. Provincial Health Director Najibullah Kamwal informed about this. The Islamic State Islamic State took responsibility for the blast.
