Meerut: Dead of being harassed since a month by 4 men.who sexually exploit her, the 14-year-old victim committed suicide by setting herself aflame.

The victim was regularly harshed and sexually exploited by four men – Shobhit, Ankit, Mohit and Ravi Victim get exploited from a month.In a way of her coaching classes to her home.The victim first dropped out of school and then she dropped out of her coaching classes, hoping that the molestation would stop.However, the four accused kept going to her village to molest her.Distressed with the molestation and failed of discovering no other way to stop it, she set herself aflame on January 6, the police said. Meerut CMO Ajit Chowdhury told PTI that the girl was hurried to a hospital with 80 percent burn injuries. She died during treatment on Thursday.

Victim family has filed a police complaint against the four men claiming that they gangraped her too recently emboldened by the fact that she couldn’t reveal the details of the incident to her family and chose to ignore the advances by the four grown men.Supervisor of Police Rural Rajesh Kumar said an FIR was recorded against the four accused under IPC sections 306 abetment of suicide, 376D gangrape and 511 punishment for offences punishable with imprisonment for life.
