The mandsaur gangrape case is not even closed yet and we are hear witnessing daily a new and horrible cases of Rape and sexual assault.A 14-year-old girl was allegedly gang-raped twice in a span of 24 hours in Madhya Pradesh's Chhindwara. On Tuesday chhindwara police arrested Five men in the case.

In the evening on July 6, the girl went out of her house. when she did not return, her parents then lodged a complaint in Kundipura. The Additional Superintendent of Police Niraj Soni said that they started the search for the girl after her parents approached them. During the search Police found the girl wandering in a disoriented state in Mahua Tola area on July 8, a day after the complaint had been lodged.

The girl in her statement said that a man named Mohit Bharadwaj, 22 persuaded her to go with him on his motorbike to the house of Rahul Bhonde, 24, where both of them raped her.

 When she was returning home, after the duo let her go home, three more men, identified as Bunty Bhalavi, 23, Ankit Raghuvanshi,25 and Amit Vishwakarma, 21 accosted her, took her back to Bhonde's house, and allegedly raped her.

ASP said that the Police formed a special team to search for the accused and arrested all five of them.

All the 5 of them have been charged under IPC sections 376 (D) (gang-rape), 506 (criminal intimidation), 363 (kidnapping), 342 (wrongful confinement) and also under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.

The accused are now in police custody. The victim will go through the medical examination.
