Guwahati: Along with the corona infection in Assam, there are strong rains due to monsoon and then flood situation thereafter. About 27 districts of the state are affected by the floods. The human life of Assam is being affected due to continuous rains. Meanwhile, the arrival of a 16-foot tall Burmese python in Champanala area of Nagaon district of Assam caused panic among people. A rescue team was called, who caught the dragon and left it in a safe place.

According to the news agency ANI, a video of this incident is becoming increasingly viral. In which a big dragon surrounded by people is seen on the outskirts of the village. The members of the Rescue Team caught hold of the python after a lot of effort and putting it in a sack. 

The Rescue Team has sent this python to the Swang Reserve Forest. Videos that have gone viral have been viewed more than 3 lakh times. According to the Forest Department, the Burmese python is one of the world's five longest species. It grows up to 25 feet long.
