Gwalior: Recently a sensational case of crime has come to the fore which has surprised everyone. In this case, a headgear has crossed all limits of grief with a 16-year-old girl. He first dragged the student into his flat then molested her and tore her clothes. During this, the student protested with courage but in the meantime, the accused hit her head on the wall. At last, the man threw the student down from the balcony of the first floor. This incident is being reported as of the evening of 4 February.
This incident is of Rajiv Awas Colony. After all this, the student was admitted to the Prime Hospital in critical condition. She was unconscious for two days because many bones have been broken from her head to feet. On Sunday, the girl reaches the university and filed a complaint. In this case, the police have registered a case of molestation, Poxo Act, SCST Act and attempt to murder.
Know the whole matter- The incident happened at 6:30 pm on February 4. The 16-year-old Mukti (name changed), a resident of Flat No. 2 in Rajiv Awas Colony located in the University Police Station area, is a student of class 11. Himmat aka Chhotu lives in the number 3 flat near the student. It is being told that Chhotu called the girl to the door of her flat for some work. He then forcibly dragged her to his flat. Chhotu dragged him to the room near the balcony. After that, he touched her and tore her clothes. During this time, when the student tried to run away, she tore her clothes.
Even after this, the student struggled and protested but her struggle got the accused angry. After that, the accused first grabbed the head of the student and hit the wall and then dragged the girl by the hair and threw her down from the flat balcony. It is being told that the girl fell backwards on the stones at a depth of about 20 feet and fell unconscious. Shortly thereafter, when people caught sight of him, he was admitted to the Prime Hospital. Now the police have registered a case in this matter and started investigation.
