In many districts of the country, another shocking incident has come to light amidst the ever-increasing number of criminal cases which have blown everyone's senses, yes, the rape of an 8-year-old girl has been reported in the Dubowlia police station area of Basti district. He is a minor from the accused village on Sunday. Police station in-charge Manoj Kumar said a designated case has been registered. The victim has been sent to the district women's hospital for medical treatment.

The victim, a resident of a village in the Thane area, is a class 4 student studying in a primary school in the village. It has been learnt that a 16-year-old girl studying in 8th standard of the village caught her while reaping a sugarcane field late on Sunday evening.  Where the girl raised an alarm when the boy forced her, people nearby rushed to help her. But the criminal boy fled the spot.

According to information received so far, Dubowlia police registered a case against the accused under the Rape and POCSO Act against the girl's father complaint and sent the girl to the District Women's Hospital for medical examination.
