Srinagar: Jammu and Kashmir police on Tuesday detained a 17-year-old Afghan boy in the Kathua district. He said Abdul Rahman, son of Abdul Rashid Ahmed was detained near a Covid Test Centre at Entry Point Lakhanpur in Jammu and Kashmir. He said he has a passport and Visa and has been taken to Lakhanpur police station for questioning.

Kathua Senior Superintendent of Police RC Kotwal confirmed the custody and said the investigation is on.
